How do I choose the right size for swimwear?
We provide detailed size charts for all our swimwear products on their product pages. For competition suits, we recommend checking measurements carefully as they often fit tighter than recreational swimwear. If you need further assistance, our customer service team can help guide you to the perfect fit.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to swimmers everywhere! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re currently unable to deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Our Australian base allows us to serve swimmers globally with care and expertise.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivering within 10-15 days after shipment with tracking
– Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivering within 15-25 days after shipment
