Our Returns Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Ear Plugs
- Hair & Body Products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) for return, including the original packaging and all tags.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). For exchanges due to size issues, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
